The New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) is an extension of the Greater Christchurch Claims Resolution Service (GCCRS), letting homeowners across New Zealand access independent support to resolve residential insurance issues resulting from natural disasters.

For Canterbury homeowners affected by the 2010–2011 earthquakes, there is no change to the services available to you. You are still welcome to register Canterbury earthquake-related claim issues with the NZCRS.
