New Zealand Claims Resolution Service at community meetings
The New Zealand Claims Resolution Service will be in attendance at various community meetings in early 2026.
If your home has been damaged by the recent severe weather events and you need support with residential insurance claims, the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) can assist you. The NZCRS provides free, independent advice and support for homeowners who are navigating the insurance process.
Representatives from the NZCRS and the Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) will be available to meet in person at some community meetings in February 2026. For each event, NZCRS and TAS team members will be available within the respective times.
Northland events
Thursday, 26 February

- Location: Ōtetao Reti Marae
Friday, 27 February
- 10:00am to 1:00pm
- Location: Mōkau Marae
