New Zealand Claims Resolution Service at community meetings
The New Zealand Claims Resolution Service will be in attendance at various community meetings in early 2026.
If your home has been damaged by the recent severe weather events and you need support with residential insurance claims, the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) can assist you. The NZCRS provides free, independent advice and support for homeowners who are navigating the insurance process.
NZCRS representatives will be available to meet in person at a number of community meetings in February and March 2026. For each event, NZCRS team members will be available within the respective times.
Bay of Plenty events
Monday, 16 February
