- No conflicts of interest were declared.
- The actions register was reviewed, and progress noted.
Items
NZCRS Operational
- The Director spoke to his October 2023 NZCRS Director’s Report. Discussion followed.
- A resourcing update was provided with the NZCRS team now being fully staffed.
- Demand for the service remains strong but average caseloads per Case Manager are trending downwards.
- The upcoming marketing campaign was discussed in relation to the anticipated demand and that this would tie in with additional resourcing completed in the team.
- The group suggested NZCRS consider a marketing campaign at the one-year anniversary of the North Island weather events.
- Satisfaction survey data was discussed with the results remaining strong.
NZCRS workplace wellbeing
- The self-care workshop was discussed, with this intended to be delivered to North Island staff in the near future.
- An update on the Trauma Informed practice refresher was provided, with new staff having completed this module also.
Pathways update
- Delivery of wellbeing support in the North Island was discussed, with Pathways advising the service will be delivered on the ground from Auckland.
- Age demographic data was discussed.
General business
Acknowledgement of the Chair
- The Chair confirmed she was stepping down as Chair. The group acknowledged the impact the Chair has had for GCCRS and NZCRS and thanked her for her support.

- The next Wellbeing Advisory Group meeting dates for 2024 (TBA).
